Коротко
Без аккаунта сайт не собирает о вас ничего. Совсем: ни аналитики, ни счётчиков, ни рекламных скриптов. Ответы лежат в памяти вашего браузера и никуда не уходят.
Аккаунт нужен только для синхронизации между устройствами. Заводя его, вы сознательно отправляете свои записи на сервер — иначе они не смогут открыться на телефоне. Ниже честно написано, что именно там оказывается и кто к этому имеет доступ.

Какие данные собираются
Без аккаунта — никакие. Ответы на задания хранятся в localStorage
вашего браузера. Сервер о них не знает.
С аккаунтом на сервере оказывается:
- адрес электронной почты, а при входе через Google — ещё имя и ссылка на аватар, как их передаёт Google;
- содержимое ваших ответов на задания программы: тексты, списки, отметки, оценки — то есть фактически ваш дневник;
- даты работы с программой, отметки о завершённых днях, выбранная тема оформления;
- при оформлении подписки — её статус и срок, а также идентификатор покупателя у платёжного партнёра. Данные карты к нам не попадают и у нас не хранятся никогда.
Выбранный язык интерфейса хранится только в вашем браузере и на сервер не отправляется.
Мы не ведём аналитику, не строим профили, не показываем рекламу и не передаём данные третьим лицам для маркетинга.
Зачем и на каком основании
Данные обрабатываются, чтобы исполнить договор, который вы заключаете, заводя аккаунт и оформляя подписку: хранить ваши записи и показывать их на всех ваших устройствах. Обработка платежей и хранение бухгалтерских документов — исполнение наших правовых обязанностей.
Кому данные передаются
Только тем подрядчикам, без которых сервис не работает:
- Supabase — база данных и вход в аккаунт. Серверы во Франкфурте, Германия (инфраструктура Amazon Web Services). Здесь лежат ваши записи и адрес почты.
- Google — если вы выбрали вход через Google. Google сообщает нам ваш адрес почты и имя; мы Google ничего о вас не сообщаем.
- Paddle — приём платежей. Paddle выступает продавцом по вашей подписке, получает ваш адрес почты и платёжные данные и обрабатывает их по своей политике. До нас данные карты не доходят.
Что важно понимать про содержимое дневника
Записи хранятся в базе в открытом виде. Соединение защищено, диски сервера зашифрованы, доступ ограничен политиками базы — другой пользователь не может прочитать ваши записи ни при каких условиях.
Но у оператора сервиса технически есть административный доступ к базе, а значит и возможность прочитать записи. Мы этого не делаем и не будем, однако честнее сказать прямо: сквозного шифрования здесь нет. Если вы собираетесь доверять дневнику что-то, чего не должен видеть никто, кроме вас, — работайте без аккаунта. Локальный режим для этого полностью пригоден.
Сколько данные хранятся
Пока существует ваш аккаунт. Удалите его — записи стираются вместе с ним, без отложенных копий. Документы по платежам хранятся столько, сколько требует налоговое законодательство.
Резервные копии базы у Supabase живут до 7 дней и затираются автоматически.
Ваши права
Вы можете в любой момент:
- Забрать свои данные — кнопка ⚙ → «Экспорт в файл» отдаёт всё содержимое в обычном JSON. Разрешения спрашивать не нужно.
- Удалить всё — ⚙ → «Удалить все данные» стирает записи и на устройстве, и в облаке.
- Удалить аккаунт целиком — вместе с адресом почты и подпиской.
- Получить копию данных, исправить их, ограничить обработку или возразить против неё — напишите на почту выше.
Если вы находитесь в ЕС и считаете, что мы обошлись с вашими данными неправильно, вы вправе пожаловаться в надзорный орган по защите данных вашей страны.
Cookies
Баннера согласия здесь нет, и это осознанно. Мы не используем cookies для аналитики или рекламы. Единственное, что сохраняется в браузере, — ваши записи и токен входа, без которого аккаунт просто не будет работать. Такие строго необходимые данные согласия не требуют.
Изменения
Если политика поменяется существенно, мы сообщим об этом в интерфейсе до того, как изменения вступят в силу. Дата обновления всегда стоит вверху страницы.

In short
Without an account the site collects nothing about you. Nothing at all: no analytics, no counters, no advertising scripts. Your answers sit in your browser's memory and go nowhere.
An account exists only to sync between devices. By creating one you deliberately send your entries to a server — otherwise they could not open on your phone. Below is an honest account of what ends up there and who has access to it.
Who processes the data
The operator is Valerii Lavrushko, a natural person, tax number 000000000000, correspondence address: 50 Balzaka St., Kyiv, Ukraine.

What data is collected
Without an account — none. Your answers to the exercises are stored in your
browser's localStorage. The server knows nothing about them.
With an account, the server holds:
- your email address, and if you sign in with Google, also your name and the link to your avatar as Google passes them on;
- the content of your answers to the programme's exercises: texts, lists, marks, scores — that is, in effect, your journal;
- the dates you worked on the programme, the marks for finished days and the theme you chose;
- if you take out a subscription — its status and period, plus your customer id at the payment partner. Card details never reach us and are never stored by us.
The interface language you pick is kept in your browser only and is not sent to the server.
We run no analytics, build no profiles, show no advertising and pass no data to third parties for marketing.
Why, and on what legal basis
The data is processed to perform the contract you enter into by creating an account and taking out a subscription: to store your entries and show them on all of your devices. Handling payments and keeping accounting records is the performance of our legal obligations.
Who the data is shared with
Only the providers without which the service does not run:
- Supabase — the database and account sign-in. Servers in Frankfurt, Germany (Amazon Web Services infrastructure). Your entries and your email address live here.
- Google — if you chose to sign in with Google. Google tells us your email address and name; we tell Google nothing about you.
- Paddle — payment processing. Paddle acts as the merchant of record for your subscription, receives your email address and payment details and handles them under its own policy. Card details never reach us.
What you should understand about the journal's contents
Entries are stored in the database in the clear. The connection is secured, the server disks are encrypted and access is restricted by database policies — another user cannot read your entries under any circumstances.
But the operator of the service does technically have administrative access to the database, and therefore the ability to read the entries. We do not do that and will not, yet it is more honest to say it plainly: there is no end-to-end encryption here. If you intend to trust the journal with something no one but you should ever see, work without an account. The local mode is entirely suitable for that.
How long the data is kept
As long as your account exists. Delete it and the entries are erased with it, with no lingering copies. Payment documents are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Supabase's database backups live for up to 7 days and are overwritten automatically.
Your rights
At any moment you can:
- Take your data with you — ⚙ → “Export to a file” hands over the entire contents as ordinary JSON. No permission needed.
- Delete everything — ⚙ → “Delete all data” erases the entries both on the device and in the cloud.
- Delete the whole account — together with the email address and the subscription.
- Obtain a copy of your data, correct it, restrict the processing or object to it — write to the address above.
If you are in the EU and believe we handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies
There is no consent banner here, and that is deliberate. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The only things kept in the browser are your entries and the sign-in token, without which an account simply would not work. Data that is strictly necessary in this way does not require consent.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will say so in the interface before the changes take effect. The date of the last update is always at the top of the page.
